ENGAGE: Certificate Customisation in Award Programs

What’s New

Award certificates in Keka can now be customised before announcing winners. Admins can edit certificate details such as the company logo, award logo, certificate write-up, and authorised signatures to reflect their organisation’s branding and values.

What Was Solved

Earlier, certificates generated during award announcements were fixed and could not be edited. As a result:

1. Companies couldn’t apply their branding or recognition messaging.

2. Employees hesitated to share certificates externally, such as on LinkedIn, due to missing logos or meaningful write-ups

With this update, certificates are brand-ready, personalised, and shareable, making recognition more impactful.
