We’re excited to roll out powerful enhancements to the Performance Calibration experience in Keka! These improvements make it faster and easier than ever to standardise performance ratings and validate calibration decisions across your organisation.
What’s New
In‑Modal Filters for Calibration
You can now refine your calibration view using dynamic filters directly within the full‑screen calibration modal. This lets HR and calibrators quickly narrow down employees for review based on:
Department
Calibration Status
Job Title

Filters update in real time, can be combined, and persist throughout the session until cleared.
Edit Ratings Directly with Context
Within the same modal, select an employee and update their Final Rating. You’ll see the corresponding performance Band and have the option to provide a reason for the change. Ratings automatically map to performance bands (e.g., Band A/B/C) based on thresholds.
Pre vs. Post Calibration Bell Curve Comparison
Gain visual insight into how calibration changes impact rating distribution:

Compare Pre‑Calibration vs. Post‑Calibration curves alongside the Ideal Bell Curve.
Pre -Calibration view

Hover over segments to view employee count and percentage changes.
Post -Calibration view
Drill down into specific rating bands by clicking segments.
Export the visual as an image/PDF for leadership reports .

Filters remain active until you exit the modal — ideal for working through large lists.
Save changes as a Draft if you need to revisit calibration before finalising.
Finalising calibration locks ratings, so be sure to review thoroughly.

Toggle calibration tab view by Department, Business Unit, or Manager.
Use the Show calibrated ratings checkbox to see only updated entries.
Invite or update Calibrators directly from the modal .
