Add all the key skills a candidate should possess for the role.
Skills are shown on the career portal
Once saved, the required skills will be published on your company’s career page.
Candidates will see these skills listed, helping them understand the expectations before applying.
Auto-generate scorecards from skills
For any job where required skills are defined, Keka will automatically create a scorecard using those skills.
Interviewers can use this scorecard to rate candidates consistently based on predefined criteria.
