Introduction
Talent Acquisition Managers (Super Recruiters) can now view how long it takes each panel member to submit feedback. This new metric—Average Feedback Time—is added to the Panel Member Activity table under Insights and includes both interview and adhoc feedback.
This enhancement helps identify delays in the hiring process and improve panelist responsiveness.
Navigate to Panel Insights
Go to Hire > Dashboard > Insights
Scroll to the Panel Member Activity table

View Key Metrics for Each Panel Member
The table shows the following columns:

| Panel Member | Name of the person receiving interview or adhoc feedback requests |
| Jobs Assigned | Number of jobs the panel member has been assigned to |
| Scheduled Interviews | Count of interviews scheduled for the panel member |
| Feedback Given % | Enhanced metric showing percentage of completed feedback requests |
| Hired | Number of candidates hired from interviews attended by the panel member |
| Average Feedback Time | New: Average number of days taken to submit feedback after request |
Apply Filters (Optional)
Use filters to narrow down the data:
Job Department (single-select)
Job Title (multi-select)
Panel Member (multi-select)
Date Range (choose from presets or set custom dates)
Presets: Last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months
Custom Dates: Up to 1 year back from today
Note: Feedback is included if the request date falls within the selected range, even if the actual feedback was submitted later.
Search Panel Members
You can search by panel member name to find individual stats quickly.
Options & Variants
Panel Member Types: Can include recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers—anyone who receives a feedback request task
Feedback Types Included: Interview and adhoc feedback only
Jobs Included: Only active jobs are considered in the report
Feedback Included: Only feedback with a formal request task is counted
Notes, Tips, and Warnings
Note: Average Feedback Time is calculated only for feedback provided in response to a formal request (interview or adhoc).
Tip: Use this insight to follow up with panel members who consistently delay feedback, helping reduce bottlenecks in your hiring pipeline.
Warning: Insights are limited to feedback requests made within the selected time range (up to one year back).
