Introduction
We’ve made it easier to find the right candidates in Keka Hire by adding support for Boolean search and keyword combinations. You can now use operators like AND, OR, NOT, and quoted phrases to refine your candidate search across fields like name, skills, job title, and experience.
This feature is part of our Alpha release and aims to improve sourcing speed and precision — especially for teams hiring at scale or for niche roles.
