Introduction
To reduce manual work, you can now choose to automatically archive a job once all its positions are filled. This means the job will be marked as archived (closed) as soon as the required number of candidates are marked as Hired.
By default, this setting is turned off, but you can enable it while creating a job.
Automatically Archive Jobs
Go to the job creation screen.
At the bottom of the job details page, you have the option to archive the job once all positions have been filled.
Enable the checkbox if you'd like the job to close automatically once all hiring is done.
Finish setting up your job as usual.
