Currently, Keka does not support merging employee profiles. If duplicate profiles are created for the same person, the system treats them as separate, independent records.
What you can do:

Identify which profile is active or accurate

Coordinate with your HR or Admin team to:

Exit or disable the duplicate profile (if unused)

Retain only the valid one for payroll, attendance, and records

Manually copy any essential data (e.g. documents, history) from the duplicate profile to the correct one
Tip:
To avoid duplicates in the future:

Enable strict checks on employee ID, email, or PAN/Aadhaar number during onboarding

Establish a centralized process for profile creation (via HR or Admin only)
