If your payroll shows as processed in Keka but you haven’t received the salary in your bank account, follow these steps:
Step 1: Confirm with HR/Payroll Admin
Check with your company’s HR or payroll admin to verify:

If the salary disbursement file was uploaded to the bank

If the bank transaction was successfully completed
Sometimes payroll is processed in Keka, but the bank upload or transfer step may be pending.
Step 2: Allow for Bank Processing Timelines
If the file was uploaded, delays may occur due to:

Bank cut-off times

Weekends or bank holidays

Internal bank processing times
Step 3: Raise a Support Ticket (if needed)
If the salary still hasn’t arrived after confirming the above:

Raise a support ticket via the Keka portal
