No—Keka does not currently support temporary deactivation or suspension of employee accounts.
If an employee goes on:

Sabbatical

Long-term unpaid leave

Extended medical leave
Their account will remain active in the system unless they are formally exited.
Alternative Options:

You may restrict specific access or roles manually if needed

Use leave policies or LOP tracking to reflect their absence in payroll and attendance
Always coordinate with HR and payroll to avoid unintended deductions or policy violations.
