Can I schedule changes to an employee’s job title, band, or reporting manager for a future date in Keka?

No—Keka does not currently support future-dated updates for employee job details such as:

• Job Title

• Band or Grade

• Reporting Manager

Any change made to these fields is applied immediately upon saving.

Workaround:

If you need the change to take effect from a specific future date:

• Wait until closer to that effective date before updating the record

• Optionally, maintain the change as an internal note or reminder until you’re ready to apply it

This helps ensure payroll, reporting, and org structure remain accurate until the actual change is intended to go live.
