Managing employee rewards is now easier and more impactful. Keka’s new integration with XOXODays Marketplace allows employees to redeem their earned reward points on gift cards, products, and experiences- right from the Keka platform. This eliminates manual distribution, reduces admin workload, and enhances employee satisfaction with diverse, location-based reward choices.
What’s new?
With this integration, admins no longer need to manage reward redemptions outside Keka. Employees can directly access a global marketplace and use their earned points across categories—backed by a seamless, real-time sync with Keka’s RnR system.

- Geography-specific catalogs: Employees automatically view region-relevant reward options
- Points or currency view: Redemption values are shown in points or local currency, as supported
- Automated transaction sync: Points spent and refunds processed reflect instantly in Keka
- SSO access: Employees access the marketplace without separate logins (when supported)
- Future-ready: Current integration supports XOXODays, with plans for more marketplaces soon
How It Works
Prerequisite: This feature is available for customers with the Rewards and Recognition (RnR) add-on.

HR setup:
Go to Engage > Rewards > Settings > General Settings and enable the XOXODays marketplace.

Create rewards:
While setting up a reward, choose Points as the reward type and assign point values.

Employee redemption:
Employees navigate to their Keka Rewards dashboard and click Redeem.

Seamless redirect:
They’re taken to the XOXODays marketplace automatically—no extra login required.
Who can access it?
Available only to customers using the RnR add-on module within Keka.
