Keka PSA now integrates with Salesforce to help project and sales teams operate in sync. No more double entry or outdated pipeline data—opportunities are now automatically pulled into Keka, supporting better forecasting and streamlined project planning.

Set up in 3 simple steps
1. Connect your Salesforce account

Go to Apps >> Salesforce for PSA

Click Connect and enter your Salesforce domain

Keka will fetch your existing Salesforce pipelines
2. Configure sales process

Choose which pipelines should sync

Set the opportunity stage from which syncing should start

Click Proceed to configure field mappings
3. Map fields between systems

Default fields are auto-mapped for reliability

Create and map custom fields in Keka to match Salesforce

Click Finish to complete the integration setup
Opportunities will begin syncing within 15–20 minutes, based on data volume.
Where to find synced opportunities?
Go to Project >> Opportunities >> Active Opportunities to view opportunities synced from Salesforce.
Who can access it?
Salesforce Integration is available to PSA customers with admin access to Apps and Integrations in Keka.
