Creating and managing invoices just became faster, smarter, and more flexible in Keka. With the new Invoice Templates feature, finance managers can now design and reuse invoice formats tailored to various client needs and project types—ensuring consistency and saving time across billing cycles.
What’s new?
Say goodbye to manual invoice formatting. With customizable templates, you can now control the structure, layout, and design of every invoice without starting from scratch.
Set up in 3 simple steps:
1. Compose invoice
Capture all key invoice details in one place:
Organization Details: Logo, Address (mandatory), Bank Accounts, CIN. Client Details: Name, Code, Address (mandatory), Phone Number, Employee Count, Type. Invoice Info: Number, Title, Date, Due Date (mandatory), Payment Terms, Period, PO Number, Custom Fields (e.g., Invoice Manager). Other: QR Code, Notes to Customers, Terms & Conditions, Legal Disclosure
2. Calculation table
Control what appears in the invoice’s calculation section:
Group timesheet hours by Project Name, Employee Name, or Task Name. Add Milestone Completion Dates. Define Retainer Periods for ongoing contracts. Include Expense Name and Date. Choose which details appear for a clean and contextual view
3. Appearance
Design invoices that reflect your brand:
Customize fonts, colors, and backgrounds. Adjust logo placement and table header style. Modify layout for clarity and readability
