Keka has enhanced its Background Verification (BGV) framework by enabling partners to create BGV checks at the tenant level. With this update, partners can now define unique BGV check configurations for each Keka customer, instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all global setup.
Previously, partners could create checks only at a global level, which limited the ability to cater to customer-specific verification needs. However, each organization may require different types of background checks based on their internal policies, SOPs, or compliance needs. This enhancement ensures that partners can now align better with the customer’s onboarding requirements.
With this update:
-
Partners can define distinct BGV checklists for every tenant.
-
HR admins can select the relevant checks directly within Keka while raising a BGV request.
-
Configuration is simplified and centralized, eliminating the need for external coordination.
-
This capability supports scalable onboarding workflows and helps bring more partners to the Keka Apps Center.
SpringVerify and other key partners are among the first to adopt this flexible BGV configuration model.
