During the preboarding stage, staying in touch with candidates is key. Keka Hire makes it easy for HR managers to send important updates—like onboarding instructions, document requests, or reminders—right from the candidate's profile.
Whether you use a pre-defined email template or write your own message, Keka ensures your communication is clear, timely, and part of your seamless hiring workflow.
Send Email to Candidate in Preboarding Stage
Go to the Hire module and click on Jobs.
Navigate to the Candidates tab under the relevant job.
Locate the candidate who is in the Preboarding stage.
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu under the Actions column next to their name.
Select Send Email.
In the email composition window:
Enter the Subject of your email.
Click in the message body field to write your message.
Include key details like:
Access instructions for the onboarding portal
Document submission steps
Deadlines for required tasks
If needed, click Attach Job Description to include the job’s details.
To add other documents, use the Add Attachment option.
Once you're done, click Send to deliver the email.
