Admins on Keka can disable an employee’s portal login when needed—typically during resignation, long absence, or security-related scenarios. Once login is disabled, the employee will no longer be able to access the Keka portal.
Follow these steps to disable an employee’s login:
Go to the Global Search Bar and search for the employee whose login you want to disable.
Open the employee’s profile and click on the three dots menu.
Select Disable Login from the dropdown.
When the confirmation popup appears, click Confirm.
After confirmation, the employee’s Keka portal access will be revoked immediately.
