PERFORM: Introducing approval chain in PIP

Admins can now configure a multi-level approval process before placing an employee on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). This update ensures that performance interventions go through a transparent and structured review process, involving the right stakeholders at each step.

You can now enable approvals for PIP placements to maintain oversight and accountability in performance-related decisions.

What’s new?

1. Go to Performance >> PIP >> Settings to define the approval chain.
2. Configure approvers based on roles or specific employees.
3. Define multiple levels of approval.
4. View pending and historical requests in one place.
   
   

View pending and past PIP requests

1. Go to Performance >> PIP >> Pending Approval.
2. Track request status and current approver.
3. Review comments and decision history on past approvals.
