You can now enable approvals for PIP placements to maintain oversight and accountability in performance-related decisions.

- Go to Performance >> PIP >> Settings to define the approval chain.
- Configure approvers based on roles or specific employees.

- View pending and historical requests in one place.
View pending and past PIP requests
- Go to Performance >> PIP >> Pending Approval.
- Track request status and current approver.
- Review comments and decision history on past approvals.
