Employee performance reviews are critical for growth—they help align employee strengths with business goals and highlight areas for improvement. Once a review is completed, it's equally important to release the results to the employee to close the feedback loop.
Keka allows you to publish reviews in bulk or manage visibility on an individual basis—even after publishing.
Steps to release review summary to all employees
Go to the Performance module.
Click the Reviews tab.
Under Review Cycles, select the cycle you want to manage under Active/Upcoming tab.
-
Click View Progress.
Navigate to the Summary & Publish tab.
Here, you’ll see a list of employees whose reviews are completed but not yet released.
Use the checkboxes to select employees whose reviews you want to release.
-
Click Publish Reviews.
In the Publish Review pop-up:
Optionally, add a comment to include with the review.
-
Click Publish to release the review to the selected employees.
If you want to keep the review hidden, you can also click the Hide button instead.
How to Hide a Published Review of an employee
If you’ve already published a review but need to temporarily hide it:
In the Summary & Publish tab, go to the Status column.
Click the three-dot menu next to the employee.
-
Select Hide Review.
-
In the confirmation window, enter a reason (optional) and click Confirm.
Once hidden, the review is no longer visible to the employee, but managers and admins still retain access.
How to Re-Show a Hidden Review for an employee
To make a hidden review visible again:
In the Summary & Publish tab, select the employee.
-
Click Manage Review Visibility.
In the pop-up, choose Show Review Results to Employee.
-
Put a comment and click Confirm.
-
This action will re-publish the review for that employee.
Notes & Tips
Tip: Use the comment field when publishing to provide a summary or final message from the reviewer or HR.
Important: Review visibility controls can be managed per employee without affecting others in the same cycle.
