When conducting a review cycle, Keka allows you to streamline the process by copying review questions from one reviewer to others. This feature saves time by preventing the need to manually enter the same questions for multiple reviewers. Additionally, if configured, reviewers can view responses from others beneath the questions as they fill out their forms.
Here’s how to copy questions for reviewers during a review cycle:
Steps to Copy Questions
Go to the Performance section and click on Reviews.
Choose the specific Review Cycle where you want to copy the questions.
-
In the review cycle options, click the Cycle Settings button, then select Edit.
In the window that opens, go to the Review Form section.
-
Click on Add Questions or Edit for a specific reviewer.
-
Click the Copy Questions button.
Select the questions you want to copy, then choose the Reviewer for whom you are copying the questions.
-
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save to finalise.
-
You can double-check the copied questions by clicking on the questions. After reviewing, click Save again to apply them.
Important: Once a review group has been launched, questions or any other sections from the review form at the group level cannot be modified. You can only make changes at the cycle level.
By following these steps, you can easily copy review questions for multiple reviewers in Keka. If you need more help or have additional questions, feel free to check out our other articles or fill out this form to request personalised assistance.
