In Keka, Key Results (sometimes called sub‑goals or KPIs) break down a larger goal into actionable parts. While the standard practice may be to rate only objectives, you can enable ratings for these Key Results too—giving deeper insight into performance. Here’s how.
Steps to enable/disable rating for Key Results
Navigate to the Performance module.
Select Reviews.
Under Review Cycles, find the cycle where you want to enable Key Result ratings.
-
Click the Options menu (often a three‑dot icon) and select Edit to open the set up page.
You’ll be taken to the review setup page (Start Review Setup).
Go to the Review Form section.
-
Look for the checkbox Allow Reviewers to Rate on sub‐goals.
Check it to enable ratings for Key Results/sub‑goals/KPIs.
Uncheck it if only objective ratings are needed.
-
Click Next to finalise the setup.
Now your review cycle supports rating at the Key Result level, giving your reviewers the ability to assess sub‑goals in addition to objectives.
Important: Enable this setting before the review cycle is launched—once the cycle starts, you won’t be able to change it.
Note: To enable this option, first activate goals for a timeframe, choose the reviewer, and set their response type.
