Introduction
Keka Hire now supports email templates, helping you streamline candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Whether you're sending interview invites, rejections, or offers, you can now use prebuilt templates to save time and maintain consistent, professional messaging.
Available categories include:
General
Interview Scheduling
Candidate Rejection
Offer Release
Assessment
What you’ll achieve:
Send emails faster with reusable templates
Personalize your messages while keeping consistency
Share templates across your hiring team
Who can use this: Anyone with the Send email permission in Keka Hire.
Access Email Templates
Go to the Hire tab from the left menu.
Click Settings.
Under the Notifications section, select Email Templates.
From here, you can create, edit, or manage templates.
Create a New Email Template
Click Create template.
Choose the template category (e.g., Interview Scheduling, Candidate Rejection).
Fill in:
Template Name
Email Subject
Email Content
Click Create Template to save.
Edit an Existing Template
Find the template you want to edit.
Click the three dots next to it, then select Update.
Update the name, subject, content, or visibility.
Set Template Visibility
Visible to everyone: Shared with your team.
Visible only to you: Private templates.Click Update.
Note: Admins can view all templates regardless of visibility.
Duplicate a Template
To quickly create a variation:
Click the three dots next to an existing template.
Select Duplicate.
Modify the copy as needed.
Options & Variants
You can create templates in the following categories:

Notes & Tips
Tip: Use the Duplicate option to quickly create similar templates without starting from scratch.
Note: Only users with the Send email privilege can create or edit templates.
Important: Template visibility helps manage sharing—choose wisely between private and team-wide use.
