During a review cycle, unexpected circumstances—like incorrect question interpretation or the submission of the wrong attachment—may require an employee to refill their review form. In such cases, Keka allows the performance admin to unlock the review form so that it can be sent back to the employee for corrections.
Steps to unlock review form for a review participant
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Review Cycles, select the relevant review group.
Choose the appropriate review cycle and click View Progress.
The form can only be unlocked after the employee has completed and submitted it for the first time. Therefore, unlocking will appear under the Ongoing Form Filling section.
In the Review in Progress section, find the Ongoing Form Filling section.
You’ll see a list of employees who have already submitted their form.
Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column next to the employee’s name.

Select Unlock Review Form.
In the Unlock Review Form window, choose the employees you want to unlock.

Click Confirm to proceed.
Notes & Tips
Note: You can only unlock forms for employees who have already completed and submitted them.
Tip: This feature is useful if there are errors in the form that need to be corrected before final submission.
