Performance reviews help managers evaluate employee achievements, provide feedback, and link individual contributions to company goals. Reviews also play a key role in performance-based appraisals.
For most organisations, these cycles are conducted regularly—quarterly, half-yearly, or annually. In Keka, you can automate this process by scheduling review cycles to recur automatically based on your selected frequency.
Steps to setup automatic reviews in keka
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Reviews tab.

Under Review Cycles, click +Create New Review Cycle.
In the Start Review Setup window, enter a Review Cycle Name.

Under How do reviews happen in your organisation?, choose whether:
Reviews start based on employee date of joining, or
Reviews start at the same time for all employees.

Select the review frequency:
Quarterly
Half-Yearly
Yearly

Enter the start year from which the automatic cycles should begin.
Based on your inputs, Keka will auto-generate the recurring review cycles.
Choose the month in which reviews should begin for the group.

Click Next to continue.

In the Map Employees section, choose whether the review process will be the same for all employees. Under the mapping options, select either Manual Selection or Import from Excel to add employees to the cycle.
From the employee list, use the checkboxes to select individuals to include in the review cycle.

Click Save.

In the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm.

Once confirmed, click Complete to finalise the setup.
The system will now auto-trigger review cycles based on the selected frequency and start date.
