In a Sequential review flow, review forms are triggered one after the other based on the sequence you configure. This order is important when you want certain reviewers—such as Reporting Managers—to view feedback submitted by others (Self, Peers, etc.) before completing their own review.
Keka allows you to adjust this sequence before the review cycle is launched.
Steps to Change the Reviewer Order
Go to the Performance module.
Click on the Reviews tab.
Under Review Cycles, select the review cycle you want to modify.
-
Click the three-dot menu next to the review instance and select Edit.
In the review cycle setup, open the Timelines tab.
-
Click Change next to Review form submission by all reviewers.
A side window will open where you can configure reviewer timelines:
-
Under Time to submit review for each reviewer, update the number of days available for each reviewer.
-
Under Sequential, drag and rearrange reviewers using the move icon next to their names to set the order you prefer.
-
For example, you can set the sequence as:
Self → Peer → Reporting Manager Click Save once your changes are complete.
Notes & Tips
Important: You cannot edit the reviewer order once the review cycle has been launched. Ensure the sequence is accurate before initiating the cycle.
