Overview
Offer Letter Simplification helps you reduce the number of offer letter templates you maintain by using reusable clauses.
Instead of creating separate templates for every variation (such as ESOPs, joining bonuses, retention bonuses, or special employment terms), you can create clauses once and add them to templates whenever needed.
The same clauses can also be used in appointment letter templates, helping maintain consistency across employee documents.
Create a Clause
- Go to ORG > Documents > Clause > + NewClause
- Enter a Name, Description, and Clause Content.
- Add placeholders if required.
- Save the clause.
Add Clauses to a Template
Using the Template Editor
- Open an offer letter or document template.
- Insert a Clause Block where you want clause content to appear.
- Save the template.
Using an MS Word Template
