Release Note: Offer Letter Simplification – Clause Library & Appointment Letter Linking

We’ve introduced Offer Letter Simplification with a reusable Clause Library to help reduce the number of templates you manage.

You can now:

• Create and reuse clauses (e.g., ESOPs, bonuses, special terms) across multiple templates
• Add clause blocks in offer letter and document templates
• Select applicable clauses during offer generation and fill in placeholder values
• Automatically carry selected clauses and values into appointment letters, with the option to modify them before generation

Key Benefits

• Fewer templates to maintain
• Consistent content across offer and appointment letters
• Flexible clause selection during document generation

Note: Automatic appointment letter generation is not part of this release.
