Candidate Portal now provides a single, configurable source for recruiter contact details shown after a candidate accepts an offer. This eliminates duplicate configurations and ensures candidates always see the correct point of contact.
What's new?
- Choose how recruiter contact details are managed:
- Recruiter-defined per offer – Recruiters provide a contact while generating the offer letter.
- Common contact for all candidates – Admins configure a single contact in Candidate Portal settings.
- Only one configuration mode is active at a time, preventing duplicate or conflicting contact information.
- Existing customers are automatically migrated to the common contact configuration to preserve the current candidate experience.
- New accounts default to recruiter-defined contact per offer.
- Existing offers continue to display the contact details configured at the time the offer was created.
This enhancement simplifies recruiter workflows, reduces configuration errors, and ensures candidates always have the right contact details during onboarding.
