Organization Documents now support gender-based access control, enabling HR teams to restrict document visibility and acknowledgements based on employee gender. This helps organizations comply with labour regulations that require specific employee acknowledgements, such as consent for night shifts.
What's new?
- Configure organization document folders using Gender as an access criterion, alongside existing applicability settings.
- Documents within a folder are accessible only to employees matching the selected gender(s).
- Acknowledgement requests are automatically sent only to eligible employees based on the configured gender access.
- Existing document folders default to All Genders to ensure no disruption after enabling the feature.
- The feature can be enabled selectively for specific customers or by country through feature flags.
