PERFORM: Bulk Skill Add/Update Email

Admins can now send personalized bulk email reminders to employees to update or complete their skills profiles directly from Performance > Skills > Administration. This helps keep skills data current without manual follow-ups, improving resource planning and internal talent visibility.

What's new?

• Send bulk personalized emails to selected employees from the Skills Administration page.
• Choose employees using filters such as Business Unit, Department, Location, and Job Title.
• Employees with existing skills receive an email prompting them to update their skill ratings, experience, and certifications.
• Employees without a skills profile receive an email encouraging them to add their skills.
• Every email includes a deep link that takes employees directly to their skills profile for quick updates.

This enhancement makes it easier to maintain accurate skills data, enabling better resource allocation, skill gap analysis, workforce planning, and internal opportunity matching.
