CORE HR: LWD based on time zone

Employee portal access is now revoked based on the employee's assigned work location time zone instead of a fixed IST schedule. This ensures employees retain access until the end of their actual last working day, regardless of their location.

What's new?

• Portal access is disabled based on the employee's work location time zone on their last working day.
• If no work location time zone is configured, the system uses UTC as the fallback.
• Manual access disablement by an admin continues to take precedence over automated revocation.
• All manual access changes are recorded in the audit logs for better traceability.

This enhancement provides a more consistent offboarding experience for global employees while ensuring accurate and auditable access management.
