CORE HR: Business Unit Filter

Organization Analytics now offers more flexible filtering across key workforce dimensions. In addition to Department, you can now filter analytics by other organizational groups for deeper and more targeted insights.

What's new?

• Filter workforce distribution charts by Business Unit, Location, Job Title, and Cost Center, in addition to Department.
• Each selected view displays a corresponding filter with all available values selected by default for quick analysis.
• The Group by parent departments option is available only when filtering by Department.
• Supports organizations using linked Business Units and Departments, while remaining available to all customers.

This enhancement makes it easier to analyze workforce data across different organizational structures without switching between multiple reports.
