What's New
Admins can now configure Date-Based Timelines for Performance Review Cycles, allowing review stages to be planned using specific start and end dates instead of only duration-based timelines.
This provides greater control over review schedules and helps organizations align performance cycles with business calendars, holidays, leadership reviews, calibration windows, and key deadlines.
Key Enhancements
Plan Reviews with Exact Dates
Admins can now define start and end dates for each review stage, including:
- Reviewer nomination
- Review form submission
- Review meetings
- Calibration
- Review summary submission
- Review publishing
- Employee acknowledgement
This eliminates the need to manually calculate stage durations from a launch date.
Visual Timeline View

- Align review activities with organizational schedules
Flexible Stage Management
Admins can edit stage-specific:
- Start dates
- End dates
- Duration
Changes are instantly reflected in the timeline, helping teams assess the impact before finalizing the review cycle.
