HR and Payroll administrators can now send Full & Final (FNF) settlement statements directly to exited employees' personal or registered email addresses from within Keka.
FNF statements can be released individually from the Exit module or in bulk through the payroll workflow, eliminating the need for manual downloads and offline email communication.
Key Enhancements
Bulk Release of FNF Statements
The existing Manage Payslips experience has been enhanced to include a new FNF Statements tab.
Admins can:
- View finalized FNF settlements awaiting release
- Select one or multiple employees
- Send FNF statements directly via email in a single action
- Filter employees using existing payroll filters such as Department, Business Unit, Location, and Status
Individual Release from Exit Module
A new Release FNF Statement action is now available wherever an employee's FNF settlement is viewed in the Exit module.
This allows HR teams to send statements directly to individual employees without navigating to payroll screens.
Customizable Email Templates
Organizations can now configure tenant-specific FNF email templates, including:
- Email subject
- Email body
- Dynamic placeholders such as Employee Name, Employee Code, Last Working Day, Settlement Amount, Company Name, and Settlement Month
A default template is provided out of the box, along with a preview option to review the email before sending.
Delivery Tracking & Audit Trail
The system now records:
- Who released the FNF statement
- When it was sent
- Delivery status for each employee
Previously released statements display the release date and support resending when required.
