What's New
We've introduced Last Claim Date as a new eligibility anchor for Air Ticket Policies. This enables organizations migrating from legacy systems to accurately continue employees' air ticket benefit cycles based on their actual claim history.
Admins can now record, manage, and bulk import employees' last claim dates, ensuring eligibility calculations remain accurate after migration.
Key Enhancements
New Eligibility Anchor: Last Claim Date
A new Last Claim Date option has been added under Air Ticket Policy frequency settings.
When selected, the employee's claim cycle is calculated from the date the benefit was last utilized in the previous system, rather than from a common organizational date such as joining date or probation end date.
Employee-Level Last Claim Date Management
Admins can now record a Last Claim Date while assigning employees to policies that use this anchor.
- Mandatory for policies configured with Last Claim Date
- Cannot be set to a future date
- Existing values are pre-filled when updating assignments
Bulk Import Support
The Employee Assignment import template has been enhanced with a new Last Claim Date column.
This allows HR teams to migrate historical claim data for large employee populations efficiently.
Improved Assignment Visibility
A new Last Claim Date column has been added to the Employee Assignment table.
The system clearly distinguishes between:
- Date recorded
- Not set
- Not applicable (for policies using other eligibility anchors)
Automatic Updates After Claims
After a successful air ticket claim, the employee's Last Claim Date is automatically updated, ensuring eligibility records remain current without manual maintenance.
Benefits
- Simplifies migration from legacy HRMS systems
- Preserves employee claim history and eligibility continuity
- Reduces manual tracking through external spreadsheets
- Improves accuracy of air ticket benefit calculations
- Provides better visibility and auditability for HR and Payroll teams
