We’ve expanded reporting hierarchy access to help managers in large organisations get complete visibility across their teams.
What’s New
Full Hierarchy Access in My Team Reports
- Managers can now download Leave and Attendance reports for their entire reporting hierarchy (L1 to Ln).
- A new Full Hierarchy filter is available under:
- My Team → Leave
- My Team → Attendance
- Reports include a Reporting Manager column for better clarity.
- Access remains restricted to the manager’s own reporting chain and existing view/download permissions.
- Reports are available for download only.
Expanded Employee Profile Visibility
- Managers can now view and update permitted profile details for all employees in their reporting hierarchy.
- Supported sections include:
- Job Details
- Leave
- Attendance
- Profile Information
- Access is fully governed by existing permissions.
Controls & Availability
- Feature is controlled via feature flags and pricing tiers.
- Enabled per organisation from the backend.
- Applies organisation‑wide when enabled.
Notes
- No cross‑team or peer visibility.
- No custom hierarchy depth selection.
- Dotted‑line reporting is not supported.
- Finance/Payroll tabs are excluded in this release.
This update improves visibility, reduces manual effort, and supports better decision‑making for managers handling multi‑level team structures.
