We’ve added a progress summary section to both Department Objectives and Company Objectives screens, aligning them with the My Objectives experience. Leadership now has an at‑a‑glance view of overall health and progress.
Key Updates
- Progress summary: Overall progress % shown at the top of Department & Company views.
- Status distribution: Objectives categorized by status (Not Started, On Track, Needs Attention, At Risk, Completed/Closed).
- Per-timeframe progress bar: Simple average progress displayed beside each timeframe.
- Weightage removal: Weightage column removed from Department & Company lists to avoid misleading rollups.
- Calculation logic: Simple average used for Department & Company objectives (Σ progress ÷ count of goals).
