Loan report exports now include the Employee ID (Employee Number), ensuring each record is clearly linked to the corresponding employee for easier tracking and reconciliation.

- Available in both Excel and PDF formats
How It Works
- Navigate to the Loans module and download reports from any sub-tab
- The exported file now includes Employee ID alongside employee details
- No changes to the existing download process or UI
Key Highlights
- Employee ID appears as a dedicated column for every record
- Ensures accurate mapping of loans to employees
- If Employee ID is unavailable, the field remains blank (row is not removed)
- No changes to filters, sorting, or report structure
