The mobile app now enables employees to raise asset requests directly, making the process faster, more accessible, and truly self-service, especially for deskless and on-the-go teams.

What’s New

Employees can now:

• Raise new asset requests from mobile
• Request replacements for existing assets
• View and track all asset requests in one place
• Stay updated with real-time request status (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Assigned)

• Supports both configured asset lists (dropdown) and manual entry
• Allows only one active request at a time, consistent with web behavior
• Ensures seamless sync across mobile and web
• Follows the existing approval workflow without backend changes
