Introduction
The Asset Request feature on the mobile app allows employees to raise new or replacement asset requests directly, without needing desktop access.
This ensures faster request submission, better visibility, and seamless tracking of asset requests anytime, anywhere.
This article explains how to raise asset requests, track their status, and understand how the request workflow behaves on mobile.
Viewing Asset Requests

You will see a list of all your requests with:
- Asset name
- Request type (New / Replacement)
- Request date
- Request status (Pending / Approved / Rejected / Assigned)
- Approver details
- Tap on any request to view detailed information.
