Introduction

The Wall in Keka is your internal social space — a place to share updates, appreciate teammates, run polls, and celebrate milestones. This guide walks you through how to view, create, and interact with posts on the Wall.

Viewing Posts

All users can see the following types of posts on the Wall:

• Praise messages sent to colleagues

• General posts such as announcements or updates

• Polls to collect feedback or run quick surveys

You can scroll through the feed to catch up on team activities, recognitions, and interactive updates.

Posting Content

If you have posting privileges, you can create new content right from the Wall.

How to Create a Post

1. Click the Add Post button.

   

2. Choose your post type:

   • Poll – Ask for opinions or feedback

   • Post – Share updates or information

   

3. Write your message. You can also attach files or images if needed.

   

4. Select the Wall or group where you want to post.

   

5. Click Post to publish or Cancel to discard.

Reactions and Comments

Keka makes it easy to interact with posts and comments:

• React to posts using emojis/icons (e.g., thumbs up, clap, heart).

  

• Comment on any post to continue the conversation.

  

• React to comments using emojis to express quick feedback.

• View all reactions left on a post by clicking the reaction count.

• Acknowledge posts where enabled, a quick way to confirm you've seen an important update.

Employee Recognition

Celebrate your colleagues by posting:

• Birthday wishes

• Work anniversary messages

These recognition posts create a culture of appreciation and boost morale across the team.
