A loan is money that one individual, organization, or institution lends to another for a specific period. Some organizations allow employees to apply for loans in case of emergencies or personal reasons. Tracking all employee loans — their status, outstanding amounts, and EMIs — can be challenging.
Keka simplifies this by providing multiple loan-related reports that can be generated based on your requirements.
How to View and Download Loan Reports
Navigate to Payroll.
Click on Reports.
Under the Reports section, open the Salary Reports tab.
Scroll down to find the Loan Reports section and click on it.
Choose and generate any of the available loan reports as per your needs.
Downloaded loan reports in Excel and PDF formats include the Employee Number field for Outstanding Loans, Cleared Loans, and Loan Requests, helping you reconcile each record against the corresponding employee profile.
