Monthly Financial Reports provide an overview of the organization’s financial health for the previous month, helping track cash flow, profit and loss, and guide future planning.
You can access this information using the Monthly Cost Report in Keka.
Steps to Access the Monthly Cost Report
Go to Payroll → Reports.
Click on the Salary Reports tab.
Scroll down to Payroll Run Reports.
Click on Monthly Cost Report.
A new window will appear.
Select the Pay Group, Year, and Month (mandatory fields).
Use filters like Employment Status, Job Title, Department, Location, Cost Center, or Business Unit as needed.
Click Run to generate the report.
Once the report appears, review the monthly cost details.
Click the Download icon to export the report in Excel format.
