Threshold value for a component to be effected by LOP

In Keka, you can mark salary components as “Not Affected by LOP” and set a threshold limit so that LOP impacts the component only after a specific number of days.

To set this up:

1. Go to Payroll → Settings → Pay Groups.

2. Select the required pay group and click Configure.

   

3. Under Salary Components, choose the component and click Edit.

4. Enable This component value is not impacted by Loss of Pay (LOP).

   

5. (Optional) Enable Adjust the difference amount against Special Allowance.

6. Click Set Threshold, enter the number of LOP days (e.g., 4), and click Update.

   

The component will now remain unaffected by LOP until the threshold limit is crossed.
