Introduction
In Keka, you can include bonuses as part of an employee’s annual salary, whether you’re updating one employee or many at once. Bonuses may be tied to performance, retention, festivals, or can be a part of promised compensation (like joining or annual bonuses).
When an employee’s salary is revised, Keka can automatically calculate the bonus portion based on your organization’s policy.
Example:
If a new hire is offered a CTC of ₹20,00,000 and your company follows a 90/10 split (90% fixed salary, 10% bonus), the system will automatically allocate:
Fixed Salary: ₹18,00,000
Bonus: ₹2,00,000
This helps you manage compensation transparently and efficiently.
