What Are Payable Days?

Worked days
Paid leaves
Holidays
Weekends (optional)
Admins can choose to:
Include or exclude holidays/weekends
Set Pay Days in a Month between 20–31 or use Actual Days for accurate payroll.
Why Are Payable Days Sometimes in Decimals?
If an employee joins or exits mid-month, and the pay group uses a fixed value like 30 days, the system will calculate prorated payable days as a decimal.
Example: If an employee joins on January 11 and Pay Days are set to 30, their payable days might show as 20.32/30.
