Statutory filings, also known as statutory reports, are reports that employers must submit to government agencies. These reports contain financial and non-financial information about the company and are essential for ensuring compliance with laws related to businesses and employment. Failure to submit these reports can lead to suspicion from the government and potential legal consequences. To avoid such issues, each company must register itself and provide the necessary details to file the required statutory reports. It is crucial to add the corresponding filing details for each statutory body and location to remain compliant with the law.
