The Employee Pension Scheme (EPS), or Employee Provident Fund (EPF), is a social security scheme implemented by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in India. It is a part of the overall Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme, which aims to provide retirement benefits to employees in the organized sector & is managed by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
Path 1: From Employee Profile
Search the employee’s name in the Global Search Bar.
Go to Finances → Summary.
Scroll to Statutory Information.
Click Fill in this information under PF Account Information.
Enter PF details and enable Employee is a member of EPS.
Click Update to save.
Path 2: From Payroll Admin → Operations
Go to Payroll→ Payroll Admin → Operations.
Scroll to Payroll Status, Tax Regime & Financial Details.
Click Employees’ Statutory Info.
Choose:
Import Bulk: Download Excel Template, fill it, and Upload Excel File.
Edit: Update PF details manually, enable EPS, and click Update.
Path 3: From Payroll Imports
Go to Payroll → Payroll Admin → Operations .
Scroll to Payroll Imports → click Import Financial Information.
Click Excel Template to download.
Fill in EPF/EPS details and Upload Excel File.
