Overview
The new Goals Explorer List View is designed to give employees and managers complete clarity into goal progress, alignment, and check-ins — all from a single, streamlined view. With improved hierarchy visibility, intuitive progress updates, and instant access to check-in history, goal management is now easier and far more actionable.
A Modern, Insightful View of Your Goals
When you open the My Goals tab under Performance > Goals > Me, you’ll now see a refreshed layout that presents:
Goal hierarchy at a glance — sub-goals, tasks, and child objectives are visually grouped.
Average progress visualisation — a clearer trend line of how performance has moved over time.
Goal status breakdown — Not started, On track, At risk, Needs attention, Closed.
Filter by Goal Type, Status, Tags, or use search to instantly locate any goal.
Visual Clarity in Every Goal Tile
Each goal tile is redesigned to show the most important details upfront:
Goal Structure Summary
You can view:
Number of sub-goals
Number of tasks
Number of child objectives
Metric type and progress
This gives immediate insight into how complex or simple a goal is.
Owner & Due Date Visibility
Clear labels show:
Goal owner (Individual / Team / Department)
Due date
Dual Progress Indicators
Progress is now shown in two formats:
Percentage (% progress)
-
Absolute values (e.g., 0 → 100%, 1.0K → 100%, depending on metric type)
This helps avoid confusion and provides deeper context.
Expand & Explore Goal Hierarchy in line
-
With the new Show Child Objectives button, users can expand goals inline to view:
Sub-goals
Tasks
Child objectives
Their respective progress and due dates
-
The expansion happens instantly without page reloads — even for goals with multiple layers.
This ensures complete visibility into alignment and contribution of all supporting goals. Child objectives appear only after clicking the Show Child Objectives button.
Seamless Progress Updates with Check-ins
Updating goal progress is now effortless.
How Check-ins Work
