Can employees raise a backdated Work From Home (WFH) request in Keka?

By default, backdated WFH requests are not allowed if the system setting “Employees can clock in/out during remote work” is enabled. This setting requires real-time attendance logs and prevents submission of WFH for past dates.

• When enabled, the system expects live clock-ins for remote days, hence backdated requests conflict with that logic

• When disabled, shift timings are auto-logged, supporting retroactive entries
