Introduction
In Keka, you can request a change to your assigned shift or weekly off if your schedule needs to be adjusted. Shifts define your working hours, while weekly offs are your designated non-working days.
Before you can request a change, your HR or admin team must have already assigned you a shift and weekly off based on predefined rules.
Request a shift or weekly off change
Go to the Me section from the left-hand menu.
Click on Attendance.
Under the Logs and Requests section, select Calendar.
On the right-hand side, you’ll find two options:
Request Shift Change
Request Weekly Off
Click the appropriate option based on your request.
Fill in the necessary details such as:
Date(s) of the requested change
New shift or off day
Reason for the change (if applicable)
Once everything is accurate, click Request to submit.
Your request will be sent to your manager or HR team for review and approval.
Notes, Tips, Important, Warnings
Important: You can only request a change if your shift and weekly off assignments have been configured by your admin. If you don’t see the option, contact your HR team.
